V. Ann Hailey has been elected to Avon’s board of directors. She has also been appointed to serve on Avon’s audit committee. Hailey is a retired executive of Limited Brands, Inc. where she served first as executive vice president and chief financial officer and then as executive vice president, corporate development; she also served on the company’s board of directors. Hailey currently serves on the board of directors of W.W. Grainger, Inc., Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and Realogy Corporation.
